With regard to failed asylum seekers returning to their country of origin, I understand the European Commission has been mandated to negotiate Community readmission agreements on behalf of Member States with certain countries (namely, Sri Lanka, China, Turkey, Pakistan, Algeria, Albania, Russia and Ukraine).

 

Would the Commission please make the details of these readmission agreements available?
