to the Commission
With reference to the press releases on the Commission's activities in relation to the planned Polish ‘Infrastructure and Environment’ programme:
- 1.What legal basis enables the Commission to alter the eligibility criteria for the funding of individual projects once the national operational programmes have been approved?
- 2.Are there are any cases in which, following the approval of a project, the Commission has interfered in the sovereign decisions of a Member State concerning the allocation of funding to particular projects?
- 3.Is it true that the Commission is attempting to exert pressure on Poland to exclude the Wyższa Szkoła Kultury Społecznej i Medialnej (Higher School of Social and Media Culture) in Toruń from the group of institutions benefiting from the ‘Infrastructure and Environment’ programme?
- 4.Has the Commission carried out an objective assessment of this fast developing institution in Toruń with a programme based on the values of Latin civilization? Or will it yield to pressure from narrow circles culturally removed from Christian Europe?
