Is the Commission aware of the confusion that the difference in individual EU Member States' acceptance or rejection of the operation of single-engined turbine aircraft in instrument meteorological conditions has on the development and operation of air services to meet the air transport, travel and social cohesion needs of remote parts of the Community?
