Smoking in the EU's own institutions

In the light of the forthcoming publication of a recommendation concerning passive smoking, can the Commission say what it has done and what it intends to do to restrict smoking and staff's exposure to passive smoking in the EU's own institutions? Can the Commission also say how many complaints about smoking and/or passive smoking it has received from staff in the EU's institutions?
