What measures has Turkey adopted and what action has it taken in the context of the pre-accession process and that country's unconditional commitment to maintain good neighbourly relations in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Negotiation Framework, in the light of the recent escalation in violations of a Member State's airspace and territorial waters?
