On 18 June 2014, the Reuters News Agency produced an article stating that large amounts of fuel were being smuggled from Libya to Malta. Furthermore, according to a recent statement by Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thinni, recent indications show that the problem of fuel smuggling has worsened and is affecting relations between the two neighbouring countries.

Given the current state of affairs outlined above, what action does the VP/HR intend to take in this connection?
