On 16 September 2014, the Commission announced the setting-up of an expert group on the enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPRs). The stated purpose of this group is to focus on the economic harm resulting from commercial-scale infringements of IPRs, while at the same time improving cooperation between Member States.

Is the list of members of this expert group public? What is its work schedule? Will the experts, as well as addressing commercial-scale infringements of IPRs, also offer an objective study of the economic impact of non-commercial infringements?
