A 2014 report issued by Eurosif entitled ‘European SRI Study’ shows that socially responsible investing (SRI) keeps drawing solid interest in the EU as assets invested in financial instruments such as green bonds and micro-finance ventures grew by 21.7% to EUR 16.8 trillion between 2011 and 2013 in 13 European countries.

Can the Commission provide information on whether this study will affect its proposal for a revision of the Shareholder Rights Directive?
