Transfer of US nuclear weapons to EU Member States

There are Internet reports[1] of increases up to 80% of NATO activity in areas in the vicinity of Russian territory. Specifically, the US has taken one further step that is not intended solely to promote peace. The Pentagon has issued orders for the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in the form of bombs, rockets and missiles that are already being shipped to Europe.

The Moscow newspaper Nezavisimaya Gazeta has run an article stating that nuclear weapons have been transferred to Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany, while pilots from these countries are carrying out exercises in launching nuclear missiles.

In this context, the article emphasises, Moscow is calling on the US and its allies to completely withdraw all US tactical nuclear weapons from Europe.

According to the Russian newspaper cited above, the US is still the only country in the world that has nuclear warheads outside its territory, while Russia withdrew tactical nuclear warheads from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine at least 20 years ago outside of any agreement procedure.
