In response to the Commission’s answer to Written Question E-004545/2015, what focus groups, if any, were conducted with EU citizens to ensure that the material produced on the website is useful to citizens, NGOs, charities etc.?

Why was there no reference to material produced for people with disabilities who may require extra assistance such as the use of Braille?
