At the plenary session of the European Parliament of 21 May 2015 I spoke about ACER.

Since it was clear from the discussion that a vast majority supports the strengthening of ACER's human resources so that it can fulfil its mission, I ask the Commission what specific steps it has taken to enable ACER to produce quality work?
