In its answer to Written Question E-002623/2015, the Council stated that it had not discussed the issue since 27 November 2014.

1. Can the Council say what conclusions were reached in the debate on 27 November 2014 on the issue of a definition of net neutrality?

2. Can the Council explain what its position is on net neutrality, given that its text issued in early March 2015 makes no mention of this?
