Following the vote on 21 May 2015 during Parliament's part-session, will the Commission follow up Parliament's call for it to publish as swiftly as possible its Green Paper on control of resources, initially scheduled for the end of 2014, in accordance with its 2014 roadmap, and to carry out a proper and exhaustive analysis of the consequences of implementing the ‘Defence Package’, including consultation with defence sector business associations, the Member States, the European Defence Agency and other stakeholders, notably organisations active in the fields of conflict prevention, peace and security?
