The Commission recently published information on stocks consistent with MSY.

Could the Commission please explain and clarify:

For how many of those stocks is the biomass at a level ‘above BMSY’ (Article 2.2 of the common fisheries policy relates to this information)?

For how many of those stocks is the biomass at a level higher that the MSY Btrigger reference point?

How many and which stocks are being fished at a level below that advised by the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES)?
