There is a shortage of jobs in Europe, especially among young people.

At the same time there is a major shortage of entrepreneurial and vocational training for the young.

What solutions does the Commission see to a problem frequently encountered in the Member States where, on the one hand, there are no jobs for the young, while on the other hand small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, are unable to find qualified workers?
