Has the Commission carried out an audit on the use of funding for the operation of fruit and vegetable producers' groups in Poland? When was that audit carried out, and did it reveal any irregularities in the use of funding? If so, what was the scale of the irregularities? In connection with the report, has the Commission demanded that Poland repay any part of the funds used by producers' groups?

Has the Polish Government accepted the findings of the audit? If not, has it asked the Commission to check the findings and conclusions of the audit?
