A new study on indirect land use change (ILUC) (Globiom study), which the Commission has presented as a guide to the 2030 energy policy debate and as ‘the best available science’, was finalised by the consultants last November but has not yet been released.

I ask the Commission to immediately publish this report and to set out in full the grounds on which it has withheld this key document from stakeholders and from Members of the European Parliament.
