As of 13 April 2016, funds from the 2014-2020 Leader programme have not been rolled out in Ireland, and uncertainty remains around what bodies will manage the programme in the designated Local Areas.

Can the Commission provide an explanation for the ongoing delay, and indicate when it believes the much needed Leader funding will be available in local communities?
