In the answer to Question E-004968/2015, the Commission states that it is not aware of any irregularities related to the project and that it does not consider there to be any grounds to bring actions against the responsible authorities.

However, it has become apparent that the local authorities have not yet supplied copies of the plans for the project or the selection and approval records. It has also emerged that the Commission has asked OLAF to investigate the project to check that no abuses have occurred.

Can the Commission:

• —indicate what action OLAF has taken?
• —supply copies of the plans for the project and the selection and approval records?
• —indicate what checks it has ordered to verify that the project has complied with the requirements applicable to the financing?
