If we want to make the most of the Single Market, we need consumers to trust the European market more when it comes to buying from it and we also need to promote consumer rights by ensuring that they are given accurate information. In the European Union there are traders who make offers based on inaccurate and unclear information.

What legislative steps does the Commission intend to take to address those unfair practices?
