Does the EU consider the natural gas sources in the Republic of Cyprus an alternative energy corridor for the EU and under what conditions? If it does, what practical steps is it willing to take as part of the wider European security approach — with regard, in particular, to energy security — to protect them from the constant Turkish military threats inside Cyprus' exclusive economic zone (EEZ)?
