How will the European open science cloud relate to Horizon 2020, and how will the upcoming calls under the European research infrastructures (including e-infrastructures), part of the Horizon 2020 Work Programme 2016-2017, support the European open science cloud? Furthermore, synergies between different EU innovation funds will play a major role in future EU funding schemes. Is the Commission planning to create incentives to adapt the allocation of money from EU structural funds in favour of the open science cloud retroactively and for the future allocation of those funds?
