Arrangements for the seats of bodies or agencies in Member States

In its response to my Question E‐003567/2016 of 4 July 2016, the Council listed 16 offices and agencies whose seats were opened in the Member States following a meeting of the Heads of State and Government in Brussels on 13 December 2003 on the arrangements for the seats of bodies or agencies in Member States.

In my question, I sought to find out whether the Council intends to assign the seats of any bodies or agencies to Croatia. In its answer, the Council states that there are currently no proposals from the Commission to establish new agencies.

1. Does the Commission plan to submit proposals on the founding of new EU agencies to the Council?2. Does the Commission plan to locate the seats of new bodies or agencies in the Member States? 3. Does the Commission have any plans to assign the seats of any bodies or agencies to Croatia?
