On 18 September 2016, elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation were held, inter alia, in illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol, an action by means of which Russia once again breached the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

What attitude will the EU adopt towards those members of the Russian State Duma who have been elected from annexed Crimea? What steps will the EU take in this connection? How will the EU treat these people?
