Although nutrition labelling for foodstuffs becomes mandatory on 13 December 2016, companies are still grappling with a series of interpretive problems which the Commission (and in particular the DG responsible, DG SANTE) has decided to address with a series of Q & As on its website, as previously agreed with the Member States. However, not all the questions asked have been answered, and the industry is awaiting further answers.

In light of the above, will the Commission say:

Does it intend to publish these further questions and answers — and if so, will it to do so before 13 December 2016 — in the interests of regulatory certainty?
