In its answer to Written Question E-007790/2016, the Commission does not really reply to the key question being asked, and simply gives information on the procedure. Can the Commission state:

• 1.Whether it considers that this project merits a ‘green light’ environmental impact report, when the Galician Government’s Department of Health has merely indicated that the water supply to auxiliary buildings such as staff toilets should be suitable for human consumption and that the hot water supply should meet hygiene and health criteria?
• 2.Whether it does not believe that before issuing a ‘green light’ environmental impact report, this Department of Health should report on the potential risks the project may entail for human health, on the impact on local residents and on the corrective measures to be taken to protect these?
