I have been contacted by constituents who have concerns over the raids carried out on the offices of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Rabwah, Pakistan, on 5 December 2016 by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Punjab provincial government.

My constituents also claim that ‘CTD officials assaulted workers of the Ahmadiyya Community in their Tehrik-e-Jadid Office’ and ‘arrested three employees of the Ahmadiyya Community’.

— Is the Commission aware of these raids and the claims of assault?— If so, what sanctions does it intend to impose on the Pakistan Government?
