Croatia has an interesting geostrategic location along the Danube, with several cities — among them Vukovar — putting great effort into developing business activities and investing in more effective waterway management.

Can the Commission provide examples of best practices in developing business activities related to inland waterways or examples of the successful development of local economies based on the proper management of waterways?
