On the 7 March 2017, the Hungarian Parliament approved Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s systematic detention of all asylum-seekers legally entering Hungary through Serbian and Croatian border transit zones. This policy had been withdrawn in 2013 following pressure from the EU and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

How does the European executive intend to respond to this further provocation from the Hungarian Prime Minister?
