With regard to the forthcoming implementation at national level of Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 January 2016 on insurance distribution (Insurance Distribution Directive — IDD) and the delegated acts for it, and the fact that the Commission has not yet adopted the future delegated acts, which leaves relatively little time for planning the requisite technical and organisational changes in the national legislation and business, is the Commission considering suspending the implementation of the IDD and the delegated acts?
