Parliamentary questions
18 July 2017
Question for written answer
to the Commission
Rule 130
Inés Ayala Sender (S&D)

 Subject:  Follow-up on the technical assistance given to the Greek Government in relation to the reform of the Greek administration
In response to our question on the technical assistance (TA) given to the Greek Government by various Member States and other bodies in relation to the reform of the Greek central and/or regional administration, as well as the TA supplied to other sectors and Greek ministries (Justice, Cadastre, Health, etc.), between 2012 and 2015, on 5 September 2016 the Commission provided Parliament with three tables recapitulating the TA granted to the Greek administrations but did not provide certain very important data which we required, in particular concerning:
the legal status of the entity/body/person providing the TA (and if the TA was provided by an individual, status of this individual: private consultant, retired official, official of a Member State in activity and on mission or seconded to the Greek administration);
the duration of each contract and number of man-days per expert;
the unit price per man-day supplied;
the category of expertise (long-term, short-term, team leader, senior, junior);
the place of delivery of the expertise (Greece or abroad);
the cost of other associated supplies included in each contract (per diem, training, manuals, etc.).

Could the Commission complement the tables provided in accordance with our initial request and the data summarised above.
