In June 2017, Andrus Ansip, the Commissioner in charge of EU technology policies, told the European Development Days conference in Brussels that he wants to multiply the amount of funding earmarked for EU aid for technology projects.

Can the Commission provide information on how it intends to increase EU development aid for technology, and more specifically on whether it wishes to provide aid for digital infrastructure projects in the Union?
