State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi has no constitutional control over the army in Myanmar.

However as the governments' highest representative she is able to call General Min Aung Hlaing to a meeting to account for his actions and further to outline his strategy.

Would the Vice-President/High Representative advise if they are joining world leaders in calls for such a meeting to take place?
