Would the Vice-President/High Representative provide details on any support given to the authorities in Equatorial Guinea, including financial support?

Given the recent legal challenges to President Obiang, and more importantly his son, ‘Teodorín’, now Vice-President, from the United States, France and Switzerland, does the Vice-President/High Representative anticipate targeted sanctions against President Obiang and his family?
