In its answer to Written Question E-004812-16, the Commission claims to respond to ‘more than 90%’ of written questions within eight weeks.

Given the numerous instances[1] where the Commission has spectacularly failed to respond within any reasonable time frame to questions asked by members of the EFDD Group, can the Commission break this ‘more than 90%’ statistic down by political group to show that there is no bias against smaller and/or Eurosceptic groups?
