On 24 October 2017, the European Parliament voted in favour of the draft Council Decision on the conclusion of the EU-Morocco Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement.

Does the EU-Morrocco Aviation Agreement apply to air freight and passenger flights between EU Member States and the territory of Western Sahara?
