The Mar Menor, one of the most valuable ecosystems in southern Europe, is in a critical state and the situation has been deteriorating further in recent years. Against this background, an Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) was approved to develop projects and actions aimed at restoring the Mar Menor and its surroundings.

Parliamentary groups (in the opposition) and civil organisations have repeatedly requested information regarding the projects and the funds allocated, but this has not yet been provided.

Could the Commission provide information regarding the European programmes and funds foreseen for the implementation of ITI projects and actions until their completion?
