Global financial institutions are becoming increasingly reliant on iCloud, using it to store customer account data and their banking systems. At the same time, financial regulators have growing concerns about how to supervise online storage services.
1. How can continuity of service for customers be guaranteed in the case of a problem?
2. Does the Commission agree that banks’ resilience should be tested on the basis of what would happen if access to iCloud were disrupted?
