1. What are the concrete requirements imposed by the Commission in terms of transparency of the sales process for the steel plant in Romania (Galati)?
2. Do these requirements include making the following elements publicly available before the sale process is concluded: the set of information made available to potential buyers, the set of criteria for assessing the offers, the offers received and a minimal explanation of the choice of future buyer?
3. Is there any process through which potential failures by ArcelorMittal regarding the commitment to organise an open, non-discriminatory and transparent sale process for the steel plant in Romania (Galati) can be challenged by third parties, including trade unions, public authorities or consumers?
