The wholesale distribution of medicinal products and active substances has health and safety implications. Given that the quality and integrity of medicinal products can be affected by a lack of adequate control, the Commission has issued guidelines outlining more detailed procedures on this matter.

Can the Commission provide information on whether or not it intends to update these guidelines?

Has the Commission conducted any studies on the practical implementation of these guidelines by the Member States?
