The expert report commissioned by Ms Royal, Minister for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, on the Sivens Dam plan (Tarn, France) is critical of the plan, for which the Tarn Departmental Council is the awarding authority.

On page 32 of the report, its authors question the compatibility of the financing agreed at present with (…) the criteria for granting EU aid.

Is the Commission able to dispel these doubts over the use of EU funds?
