With reference to the answer to Question P-008715/2014, which I regard to be incomplete and insufficient, I pose the same question again and request that a clear answer be given as to the basis upon which the term ‘small cultural infrastructure objects’ was ‘more precisely defined in discussions regarding the programmes of Member States’. Furthermore, please provide the specific documents and calculations forming the basis for setting the maximum total cost of projects at a level of EUR 5 million. Please provide information regarding whether this definition was consulted with Member States.
