Ireland's continued breach of Article 56 TFEU following the ECJ ruling in Case 552/15

Ireland still continues to seize vehicles that are the subject of the ECJ ruling in Case 552/15, namely leased and borrowed vehicles from outside the country. Ireland has not amended its laws and systems for applying vehicle registration tax.

Can the Commission confirm what action, if any, has been taken in this matter to ensure compliance with the judgment by Ireland?

If no action has been taken, will the Commission confirm that it will immediately investigate the matter, as continued non-compliance by Ireland only brings EU legislation and ECJ rulings into disrepute?
