  Marios Matsakis (ALDE). – Mr President, I would like to suggest a couple of minor adjustments for the sake of greater clarity. In paragraph 2, line 4, I suggest replacing the words ‘for itself and’ by the words ‘of capital punishment in’, and in paragraph 8, line 3, inserting the word ‘affected’ in front of the word ‘children’.

  Hélène Flautre (Verts/ALE). – Il faudrait rectifier, chers collègues, des intitulés concernant les autorités libyennes. On s'est un peu européanisé. Il faudrait donc remplacer "Président Kadhafi" par "Colonel Kadhafi".

J'en profite pour vous dire qu'au paragraphe 12, il faudrait remplacer "assemblée populaire" par "congrès général du peuple" parce que c'est le bon intitulé. Puis "gouvernement" par "commission générale du peuple". Il s'agit d'être précis dans les adresses aux autorités libyennes.

  Der Präsident. Ich fordere alle Verantwortlichen in Libyen ausdrücklich noch einmal auf der Basis dieser Entschließung auf, das Leben dieser Menschen zu retten und ihnen die Freiheit zu geben.
