  José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra (PPE-DE). – Señor Presidente, para responder positivamente a la propuesta del señor Guardans Cambó y tratar de salvar su enmienda oral, yo quisiera proponer a la Asamblea —y lo podría aprobar mi Grupo— simplemente añadir «a petición del Juez de la Audiencia Nacional».

Si eso es posible, señor Presidente, podemos aceptarla. Si no es posible, señor Presidente, habrá una obstrucción de mi Grupo.

Por lo tanto, en este apartado nosotros retiramos la nuestra.
