  Jo Leinen (S&D). - Mr President, I would like to inform the House that voting in favour of the first part of the next amendment would mean voting against the energy and climate package of 2008. We have a lot of studies from the Commission showing that fulfilling the climate package means a 25 % reduction, so I would like to ask the House to vote against this amendment.
