  László Tőkés (PPE). - Mr President, I would just like to present a technical oral amendment. We agreed with a former rapporteur, Mr Berlinguer, to include the following citation in citation 19: ‘having regard to its resolution of 13 March 2012 on the contribution of the European institutions to the consolidation and progress of the Bologna Process’.
