  Gerard Batten (EFD). - Mr President, we are going at such a speed that by the time I hear ‘for, against, abstain’, it is too late to put your hand up. I realise that everybody wants to go to their lunch, but we are either here to vote or we are not. If we are here to vote we should do it at a speed where it is possible to put your hand up and down in the right order. Grazie, Signor Presidente!
