  Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE), in writing. ‒ This recommendation is proof that agreements can be reached between individuals from different European countries or with Norway, even if it is not a Member State. I support this proposal, which respects the historic agreements and will favour the fishing sector of these countries to continue working on the basis of the rules of the Union.
