The following spoke: Simon Coveney, on behalf of the PPE-DE Group, who requested under Rule 170 that the vote be held over until the next part-session, Elmar Brok (Chairman of the AFET Committee) and Francis Wurtz, on behalf of the GUE/NGL Group, both on Mr Coveney's request.

Parliament approved the request by electronic vote (326 in favour, 265 against, 22 abstentions).
